Personal Assistant
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a productive operation.
Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of the employer. Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and daily tasks. Running errands and providing general administrative support. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage. Residing in Lagos or willing to relocate.
