Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lagos. If you love people and enjoy solving problems, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information about products and services. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage. Must be based in Lagos.
