Job Description:
As a Founding Field Agent, you will be on the front lines helping Nigerians onboard to ClaimAm and file successful claims. This is a flexible, high-earning opportunity perfect for hustlers with existing shops, tables, or networks. No office required, work from your location and grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new users to ClaimAm.
Assist users with claim filing (take photos, submit details).
Educate people on their insurance rights and how ClaimAm works.
Share your unique referral link to grow the network.
Provide basic support and follow-up for your users’ claims.
Attend virtual training and share success stories in agent communities.
Skills Required

Excellent communication and people skills (ability to explain simply).
Basic smartphone usage (Android/iPhone).
Hustle mindset, self-motivated and target-driven.
Trustworthy and reliable (handle sensitive user info professionally).
Education

No degree required, street smarts and hustle matter more.
Experience

Experience in sales, agent work, POS, betting shops, or community mobilization is a plus.
No prior insurance experience needed full training provided.
Remuneration & Benefits

One-time Founding Fee: ₦1,500 (locks lifetime low rate, jumps to ₦20,000 post launch).
Earnings:
₦600 instant per successful agent referral.
₦500 one-time + ₦500 monthly recurring per active user subscription.
₦5,000–₦100,000 per successful claim payout.
Leadership Path: Top performers advance to State/Regional/National roles with ₦50,00 0– ₦200,000 monthly stipends + allowances.
Potential: ₦100,000 – ₦500,000 + monthly for top agents.
Other Requirements

Must be 18+ and based in Nigeria.
Access to small table/space (POS/bet shop ideal; support available for top performers).
Commit to full training and community guidelines.
Reliable internet/phone for dashboard access.
