Hitech Construction Company Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Road Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in road design, geometric modelling, and infrastructure engineering, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed road design drawings using Civil 3D (alignments, corridors, cross-sections, profiles).
Develop designs for highways, access roads, and drainage systems.
Perform earthwork calculations, grading design, and prepare volume reports.
Interpret and integrate survey data into road design models.
Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate design delivery.
Prepare and update BOQs, design reports, and technical documentation.
Provide engineering support during construction and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and project specifications.
Requirements
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years’ experience in road design or civil infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory).
Experience in geometric road design and construction documentation.
Background in surveying engineering is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and within project teams.
