*HR Intern*

 

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

 

– Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and screening resumes

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases

– Support employee onboarding and orientation processes

– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communications

– Help with employee engagement initiatives and events

– Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

 

*Requirements:*

 

– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

– Strong organizational and time management skills
