Client Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

Drive growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for Hilton Parker Services’ international education and immigration programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new client leads for study abroad and visa services.

Conduct compelling presentations and consultations for prospective clients.

Guide clients through the initial engagement process, converting leads into successful enrollments.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets (KPIs).

Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in education or immigration.

Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.

Knowledge of international education and visa processes is a strong advantage.

 

Skills:

Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, prospecting, client relationship management, results-driven.
