As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and support the sales team within your designated area. You’ll drive sales performance, implement strategic plans, and ensure overall market growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the sales strategy across multiple states within the region.
• Manage Area Sales Managers and support field operations.
• Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts.
• Build partnerships and expand customer base.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for sales teams.

Requirements:
• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead regional teams and achieve targets within the FMCG industry
