Fashion Retail - Children's wear
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, ensuring an organized store environment, and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information, make recommendations, and assist customers in finding suitable items
Ensure the store is well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing always
Process sales transactions accurately.
Track inventory levels and alert management when stock is low
Support promotional activities and in-store marketing efforts
Maintain a strong understanding of current product offerings and trends in kids’ fashion
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Build lasting relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND qualification
1–2 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or kiddies products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in operating a laptop and using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Passionate about fashion and working with children’s products
Honest, reliable, and well-presented
Proximity to Opebi/Ikeja area is an advantage
