Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s in-store presence, optimize promotional strategies, and enhance retailer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing initiatives that align with brand objectives, increasing market share, and driving sales growth across various retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement trade marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align trade initiatives with overall brand strategy.
– Manage and monitor in-store activations, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.
– Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform trade marketing strategies.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize promotional impact and product placement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail management.
– Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
– Must have experience working with any of theses brands like Dabur, P & G, Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Orange Drugs, Aspira etc.
