胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:
-Assist Project team to conduct EIA, Safety assessment and Occupational health assessment
协助项目组一同开展环境影响评价，安全评价与职业健康评价
-Responsible for SHE training and communication meeting organization in Chassis department.
负责总装车间团队的SHE培训及沟通会议的组织
-Assist in SHE incident investigation, emergency drill (fire, chemical spill, etc.), SHE incident sharing and action plan tracking。
协助SHE事故调查、应急演练(消防,化学品泄露等)，协助SHE安全事故分享以及行动计划。
-Assist Contractor SHE management from construction phase to operation phase
协助施工期间与正常运行期间供应商安全管理
-Assist new equipment/modified equipment/construction project safety risk analysis.
协助新设备/改造设备/施工项目等安全风险分析
-Support to implement SHE management system in new factory
协助建立新工厂的SHE管理体系
-Prepare Safety, Health and Environment Dialogue in Chassis department.
准备总装车间团队间安全健康和环境方面的对话沟通
-Prepare SHE KPI’s
准备安全健康环境相关的绩效指标
-Chemical products
化学品材料相关
-Energy and Sustainability Kaizen.
能源和可持续方面的持续改进
-Employee’s SHE training list control.

-Safety Assessments

Education and/or Experience

-University education in a relevant discipline

-5 years experience in a multinational company

-Project management skill

-Good office software skills.

-Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility.
