Benefits and Compensation: Develop and administer benefits and compensation programs.
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years experience in HR management
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
