Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Akure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.
Promote products/services and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the Akure market and its environment is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
