Key Responsibilities
a. Identify potential distributors and conduct business development activities.
b. Managing key distributors accounts.
c. Acting as the point of contact for key distributors
d. Drive distributors sales through effective customer engagement and innovative strategies.
e. Manage customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving any issues promptly.
f. Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
g. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Sales Account Executive in the FMCG sector, ideally in beauty, personal care, or related products.
Location: Must reside in Lagos .
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the use of CRM tools,.
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
