Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Experience Level: 1-3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure they are issued correctly.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments.
- Keep accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems.
- Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions.
- Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of the inventory through accurate record-keeping.
- Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring everything is properly organized and accessible.
Relevant Work Experience / Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 1 – 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory software, ERP system, Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook).
