Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Experience Level: 1-3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure they are issued correctly.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments.
  • Keep accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions.
  • Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of the inventory through accurate record-keeping.
  • Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring everything is properly organized and accessible.

Relevant Work Experience / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, ERP system, Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook).

Benefits

  • Salary: N170,000 – N200,000 monthly.
