The successful candidate shall be responsible for and own strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing function for the company. Reporting to the GM, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives.
Requirements
· B Pharm degree or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
· 5-7 years’ experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous-concerns work- environment. Candidates currently holding similar in Nigeria are preferred
· Regional Sales Leader with at least 4-5 years’ experience, track record of performance and multinational environment/large indigenous company experience may be considered
· Strong hospital and ethical brand –awareness/marketing experience
· Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of not less than 15
· Positive track-record superior sales and marketing performance, across regions and segments
· Strong commercial and business sense
· Problem-solver, result-oriented and intra-preneural, self-directed and self-motivated self-starter with definite ability to work without insignificant supervision,
· Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Above average ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Power-point
· High integrity index
Compensation: up to NGN1,000,000.00, depending on experience and records of performance, with the usual perks and tools available to pharma c-suit sales managers in Nigeria. Winnable incentive scheme also applies
