We are a fast growing Fintech/Microfinance Bank committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients. We are seeking proactive and results driven Loan Officers to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Conduct credit appraisals, financial analysis, and risk assessments of loan applicants.
Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and portfolio quality.
Develop and present compelling business pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
Good understanding of financial statements and business analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage.
