Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Develop and present compelling business pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Ability to resume immediately
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage.
