Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and policies.
Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain a comprehensive risk register.
Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Report on risk exposures and mitigation strategies to senior management and regulators.
Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, or any related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise or operational risk (preferably in Fintech or financial services).
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Professional certification in risk management is an added advantage.
