Job Summary
The Head of the Business Growth and Development Unit is responsible for leading the development and implementation of business growth strategies to drive economic growth, promote business development, and enhance competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Management Scope
The Head of the Business Growth and Development Unit shall have responsibility for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships.
The Head of Business Growth and Development Unit shall:
1. Develop and implement business growth strategies.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Foster partnerships and collaborations.
5. Conduct market research and analysis.
Functions of the Office of Business Growth and Development Unit
The Office of Business Growth and Development Unit shall perform the following functions:
– Business development and partnership management.
– Market analysis and research.
– Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
– Providing business growth solutions and support
Requirements
– Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics).
– Distinguished career in business growth and development. Minimum of 10 years of experience.
– Experience in large public/private entities.
– Appropriate Professional Certification.
