We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage core human resources operations. This role supports our workplace by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and general corporate services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, onboarding, and induction.

Foster a positive work culture through effective communication, staff welfare programs, and timely resolution of staff issues.

Conduct appraisal cycles, track employee KPIs, and oversee the implementation of performance improvement plans.

Identify training needs, coordinate internal or external learning opportunities, and manage training records.

Support the development and enforcement of company policies; and ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws.

Offers operational support to the company and ensure effective workplace management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.

Professional Membership with CIPM is preferred.

Ability to take initiatives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
