Job Summary
We are seeking a highly connected, result-driven Reservation & Client Acquisition Manager to drive bookings, bring in prospective clients, and grow our customer base. This role requires someone with an existing network in Abuja, the ability to secure corporate and individual bookings, and a strong understanding of the hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively source, pitch, and secure new clients for short-term stays.
· Leverage personal and professional networks to generate regular bookings.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, and event planners.
· Monitor and manage apartment occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies.
· Provide regular updates and reports on leads, bookings, and revenue growth.
Requirements
· Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (hospitality experience is a plus).
· Strong personal network and client base within Abuja.
· Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results.
