Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities

·       Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

·       Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

·       Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.

·       Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

·       Coordinate with housekeeping and reservations team to ensure smooth operations.

·       Handle guest complaints and escalate issues where necessary.

·       Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

Requirements

·       Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.

·       1–2 years’ experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred).

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

·       Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in MS Office and booking systems.

·       Presentable and professional appearance.
