Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned, creative, and versatile Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare delicious, well-presented meals for guests, manage the kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and present a variety of local and continental dishes for guests.
· Customize meals to meet dietary requirements or special requests.
· Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
· Source and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
· Collaborate with management to create weekly or seasonal menus.
· Train and supervise kitchen assistants or other support staff if required.
· Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 3–5 years in hotels, restaurants, or serviced apartments).
· Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine.
· Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
· Good organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver meals promptly.
· Relevant culinary certification or training is an added advantage.
