Job Description:
As an Insurance Agent at Cornerstone Insurance Plc, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s wide range of insurance products and services to individuals and corporate clients. You will play a key role in helping clients secure financial protection and achieve peace of mind through tailored insurance solutions.
This position requires a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and sell various Cornerstone Insurance products, including Life, Health, Motor, General, and Investment-linked plans.
Prospect and recruit new clients through field marketing, digital channels, and referrals.
Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance policies.
Provide professional advice and excellent after-sales service to clients.
Assist clients with policy documentation, renewals, and claims processing.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Participate in training programs, marketing campaigns, and performance meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND/NCE (B.Sc. or HND preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Sales experience, especially in financial or insurance services, is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven.
