We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
Perform data entry and maintain databases
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Support other departments with administrative needs as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Experience using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or customer service is a plus
