PERSONAL ASSISTANT
LOCATION: LEKKI, LAGOS EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT
JOB POSITION:
• Act as the point of contact between the
MD/CEO and clients/staff
• Manage diary, schedule meetings, and take minutes
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements (local & international)
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
• Assist with virtual and administrative tasks
• Support executive-level projects and activities
APPLICATION SUBMISSION:
• Proven experience as a Personal/Executive
Assistant
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication (verbal & written)
skills
• Willingness to Travel Frequently
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Must reside on Lagos Island or have an easy commute
• Passion for interior design
• Female candidates preferred
