Job Summary
Cinnamona Bakery is looking for a skilled and reliable Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily baking production while maintaining high quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake products according to approved recipes and standards
* Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
* Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and oven performance
* Supervise and support Assistant Bakers during shifts
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
* Handle ingredients properly and support inventory control
* Reduce waste and maintain efficient production processes
* Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
* Experience in baking or pastry production
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Responsible, dependable, and team-oriented
* Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
