We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Female Sales Associate with a proven track record in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) sales within the travel or aviation industry. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by promoting our existing office services, with a strong emphasis on acquiring high-value corporate clients and closing deals on our premium travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales & Corporate Client Acquisition:

· Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across key industries, including but not limited to:
• Law Firms
• ⁠Real Estate Companies
• ⁠Educational Institutions
• Travel Agencies
• ⁠Oil & Gas Corporations
• ⁠Technology Firms
• ⁠HR firms
• ⁠Other industries with high-ticket travel needs.
· Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate these sectors.
· Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals for corporate travel management, group bookings, and executive travel.

2. B2C Sales & Travel Package Promotion:

· Expertly sell a diverse range of travel packages to individual clients, including:
· Vacation Packages: Luxury getaways, family holidays, and group tours.
· Relocation Programs: End-to-end moving and settling-in services for individuals and families.
· Study Abroad Programs: Educational travel and academic placement services.
· Citizenship by Investment Programs: High-value consultancy and application facilitation.
· Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and budgets, providing the perfect travel solution.
· Close sales efficiently and achieve individual revenue targets.

3. Sales & Marketing Support:

· Represent Cinderella Travels and Tours at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate leads.
· Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and client database

Candidate Expectations & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

· Gender: Female.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience within the travel, tourism, or aviation sector.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, specifically in closing high-value deals.
· Residency: Must be located in Ibadan (preferably in proximity to Challenge/Ringroad) or immediate vicinity and able to work from our office.

Skills & Competencies:

· Exceptional Closer: A confident and persuasive negotiator with the ability to overcome objections and finalize agreements.
· Superb Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both corporate executives and individual travelers.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel products, GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus, and visa/immigration processes for relevant programs. (Optional)
· Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating lifelong clients.
· Self-Motivated: A highly driven and independent worker with strong organizational and time management skills.
