OB DESCRIPTION
1. Assist project engineers to review the construction drawings, put forward rationalized suggestions, and participate in the drawing of the drawing and technical interchange.
2. Technical guidance responsible for the construction site to ensure the strict implementation of the construction technology, quality standards and safety norms, and timely solve the technical problems that occur during the construction process.
3. Participate in the preparation of construction organizational design, special construction plan and technical intercourse documents, and conduct a detailed submission to the construction team.
4. Track the construction progress, assist the project manager to coordinate the cooperation between various types of work, and ensure that the construction progress meets the plan requirements.
5. Responsible for the measurement and release of the measurement, positioning and review during the construction process to ensure that the construction accuracy meets the design requirements.
SKILL REQUIREMENT
1. Familiar with civil engineering construction technology, quality standards and safety specifications, and can be proficient in drawing software such as CAD and common office software.
2. Understand the performance and use requirements of building materials, and have certain practical capabilities such as construction measurement, launch, and positioning.
3. Familiar with the preparation process and content of construction organization design and special construction schemes can independently complete the writing of technical intercourse documents.
4. With good communication and coordination ability, it can communicate effectively with the project team members, construction teams and supervisors.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
HND, Bsc or above in Civil Engineering,Construction Engineering,Surveying and Mapping Engineering or Relate fields
