Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Full time and On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for CAWIN’s brand promotion in Lagos, with a focus on promoting the company’s new energy vehicles (EVs), fuel-powered cars, and one-stop services (vehicle warranty, after-sales support, repair, maintenance, and training).
Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing activities, including content marketing, brand promotion, event marketing, and co-branding marketing, to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Manage brand assets: organize, define, and review brand materials (e.g., posters, videos, promotional content) to ensure consistency of brand messages.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to coordinate brand strategies across platforms and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Core KPIs
Effectiveness of brand promotion (e.g., increased brand awareness of the company, its EVs, and fuel-powered cars).
Media exposure volume (scale of online and offline reach).
Number of sales leads generated from brand activities per month.
Requirements
In-depth understanding of Nigeria’s brand promotion environment, automotive consumer behavior, local marketing channels, and automotive industry trends (mandatory).
2-3 years of brand marketing experience (experience in automotive, consumer goods, or new energy sectors is preferred).
Ability to plan online and offline activities; basic skills in reviewing brand materials; strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to adapt to the fast pace of a startup.
