About the Job
1. Source for, retain , maintain and manage farmers, dealers distributors to purchase the company product (chicken feed)
2. Assist in coordinating and monitoring the sales and marketing plan to create, maintain and increase market presence and visibility in the given territory
3. Gather ,collate and summarise market data and information/ intelligence reports from farms , consumers, dealers ,markets in the assigned territory in order to assist the Sales Manager in decision making for the successful growth of the company and its product (chicken feed)
4. Assist the company customers to manage their stock in terms of delivery of product from company to the customers location ,Redistribution of customers stock if need be , monitor the customers reorder level in order to ensure constant repeat purchase of company products by the customers listed in 2 above
5. Perform other function as may be instructed by management
Qualification
The person must:-
1. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
2. Be goal oriented with a positive mind-set
3. Be organised and capable of working independently and with a team
4. Be customer focused and must have capability to think outside the box and solve problems
5. Be a graduate of Animal or Agricultural Science ,Marketing or any related disciplines
6. Have at least 1 year experience in Sales
