The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues effectively
Process customer requests, orders, and returns with attention to detail
Maintain and update customer records in company systems
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
Problem-solving mindset with a positive and professional attitude
High school diploma required; additional qualifications are an advantage
