Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for Fiber Engineers (team leads), LAN Technicians, and Server Administrators. The responsibilities include overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of fiber optic networks, designing local area networks, and managing servers. The role also involves project management tasks, coordinating with the team, and ensuring the integrity and performance of network and server infrastructures.
Qualifications
Experience with Outside Plant and Network Design
Proficiency in working with Fibre and Optical Fiber technologies
Project Management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Relevant certifications in IT/Telecoms engineering and management are a plus
Prior experience in an IT/Telecoms role is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
