Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing daily office tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining an organized and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing documents.

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects.

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.

 

Qualifications:  ND/HND/BSc
