Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
•Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
• Uphold company values by delivering professional and empathetic support.
