We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, engaging with leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly. The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, and committed to helping drive business growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to prospective clients to introduce company products or services.
* Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest or needs.
* Schedule and confirm appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM systems.
* Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept and reschedule when necessary.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
* Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to improve lead generation processes.
