As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
• Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies and services.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to application development.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data integration techniques. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
