Regional Coordinators (RCs)
- Location: Abuja, Nigeria (with branch visits across assigned regions).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- About the Role: The Regional Coordinator will oversee branch operations within an assigned Abuja region, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and acting as a key link between branch managers and the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of assigned branches.
- Monitor sales, stock levels, and customer service quality.
- Collect and verify daily sales/expense reports from branch managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Provide weekly reports to the General Manager.
- Coach branch managers and staff to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, or operations supervision.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in stock management, branch operations, or distribution.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across branches frequently.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Visit at least one branch daily (rotational coverage).
- Collect and verify sales, stock, and expense reports from branch managers.
- Report operational gaps to the GM.
- Ensure cold chain and storage standards are maintained.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and morale.
- Provide feedback to branch managers on improvements.
