JOB VACANCY: HEAD OF SECURITY – WILMAR NIGERIA OPERATIONS
Wilmar Nigeria is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Head of Security to oversee security operations across our six estates covering 24,000 hectares in Cross River State. The successful candidate will supervise over 1,300 security personnel and 4,000 workers, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all operations.
🔹 Key Requirements
Must be a retired Army Major (or equivalent), maximum age: 50 years.
Must be a university graduate.
Proven honesty, integrity, and a never-give-up attitude.
Ability to design and implement new security strategies.
Strong skills in liaising with local government, police, judiciary, and other authorities.
Previous experience in large-scale plantation or agro-industrial operations is an added advantage.
Fast thinker with excellent decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fair knowledge of computer usage.
Physically and mentally fit.
