•Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales in supermarkets, grocery stores, and major open markets.
•Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distributors in assigned territory.
•Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and ensure timely product supply.
•Monitor product placement, pricing, and promotional activities in stores.
•Conduct regular market visits to track performance and gather market intelligence.
•Work closely with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and sampling campaigns.
•Provide timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
•Ensure product quality and brand consistency across all sales points.
•Lead a small sales team or field agents (if assigned), offering guidance and performance tracking.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
