Customer Representative

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative in Lagos. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can handle inquiries professionally and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person. Providing accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating where necessary. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A calm, patient, and people-oriented personality. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage. Candidate must reside in Lagos or be willing to relocate.
