  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Set and monitor team KPIs and performance goals.
    Lead regular sales meetings, trainings, and motivational sessions.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and project proposals.
  • Ensure a customer-centric culture across the sales team.
    Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities through CRM and reporting tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service is offered to customers at all times.
  • Leads and oversees the affairs of the sales and business development team of the company
  • Build the company’s brand by organizing events, participating in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business deals
  • Managing and developing professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acquiring and nurturing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
  • Support other team on process flow to ease the operations of the organization
  • Ensure company’s policies and cultures are maintained within the department
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
