- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning.
- Set and monitor team KPIs and performance goals.
Lead regular sales meetings, trainings, and motivational sessions. - Handle high-value client negotiations and project proposals.
- Ensure a customer-centric culture across the sales team.
Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. - Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities through CRM and reporting tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is offered to customers at all times.
- Leads and oversees the affairs of the sales and business development team of the company
- Build the company’s brand by organizing events, participating in trade fairs and exhibitions
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business deals
- Managing and developing professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Acquiring and nurturing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
- Support other team on process flow to ease the operations of the organization
- Ensure company’s policies and cultures are maintained within the department
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
