Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in selling hair products to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for acquiring new retail partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective product demonstrations, counseling, and execution of go-to-market initiatives at the store level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate terms, pricing with buyers
* Identify contact & close new retail accounts
* Report sales performance weekly
* Pitch & promote product to customers to improve sales
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in selling hair
* Proficiency in CRM software, MS office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
