We are currently looking for a very experienced business development professionals of high integrity to assume the responsibility of the following positions:
1. Head Business Development (upwards of fifteen years relevant experience)
2. Manager – Business Development (upwards of eight years relevant experience)
3. Business Development Executives(upward of ten years)
– Candidates must be graduates of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering preferably, with demonstrable of success strong selling experience in technical sales, professional services or in the FMCG industry.
Interested candidates should recognize the imperatives of a target driven environment, which provides appropriate benefits for effective performance.
– Candidates must have good contacts who are capable of developing contacts in Manufactory, Oil & Gas, Power & Engineering services industry.
– The Head of Business Development would have very strong business development, management & leadership competencies to ensure effective implementation of Budgets, Revenue & profit. She/he must recognize the nexus between revenue performance and the compensation & motivation requirement of the team.
