We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Valuation Officer / Property Valuer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to execute valuation assignments across all asset classes, applying a comprehensive range of valuation methodologies in accordance with industry standards.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use assets.
Prepare high-quality valuation reports that are clear, well-structured, and professionally presented.
Apply appropriate valuation methods such as the comparative, investment, cost, and profits methods as applicable to the asset type.
Collect, verify, and analyze market comparable and other relevant data for accurate valuations.
Monitor and interpret real estate market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments affecting asset values.
Ensure timely follow-up on valuation instructions and professional fee payments.
Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and relevant stakeholders as needed during the valuation process.
Maintain up-to-date records of all inspection findings, supporting data, and client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of an HND qualification.
Minimum of one year of experience.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical skills.
