JOB OPPORTUNITY: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / MANAGER
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Manager to provide executive, administrative, and operational support to a busy professional/organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, appointments, and daily activities
Overseeing personal and business tasks to ensure smooth operations
Coordinating meetings, travel plans, and logistics
Handling emails, calls, and official correspondence
Supervising assigned staff and service providers where necessary
Preparing reports, presentations, and records
Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Manager, or similar role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
Having a driver’s license is an added advantage
Location: Makurdi
