WE ARE HIRING: ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGERS (FOOD RETAIL / CONCESSIONS / CINEMA)
We are looking for experienced professionals who understand fast-paced, customer-driven environments. If you have worked in food retail, concessions, or cinemas, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and drive revenue growth
Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and productivity
Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
Monitor stock, inventory, and cost control
Support implementation of strategies to improve sales and profitability
Support Business Development.
Requirements:
Minimum of B.Sc or HND in related field
Proven experience in food retail, concessions, or cinema operations
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Commercial mindset with ability to deliver results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Lagos, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Owerri, Awka, Abuja, Warri
