Job Title: Sales Executive
We’re hiring a Sales Executive with 2-3 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in the FMCG sector, to drive sales of our premium products. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability across channels.
* Expand market reach by onboarding new clients and distributors.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Monitor merchandising, brand visibility, and competitor activity.
* Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.
* Manage sales territory and optimize route planning.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 2– 3 years sales experience, with 2 years in FMCG.
* Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
