Program Structure:
Duration: 6 months
Rotational Assignments: Gain exposure to multiple business units and functions.

Eligibility Criteria
•A recent graduate (NYSC completed or about to complete).
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field.
•No prior full-time work experience required.
•Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Post-Training Outcome:
•At the end of the 6-month period:
•Top performers will be offered permanent roles with a salary review.
