Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the finance team with a range of duties including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, assist with financial reporting and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with account payable and accounts receivable processes
* Support monthly and year-end close processes
* Prepare and maintain financial records, documents and spreadsheets
* Help manage expense reports and employee reimbursement
* Liaise with vendors, clients and internal departments as needed
* Maintain filing systems for financial information, records and documents
* Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
Requirements
▪︎Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
▪︎1-2 years of finance/accounting experience.
▪︎Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft excel (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
▪︎Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
